FEATURES & BENEFITS

Exceptional accuracy and compliance

Engineered to meet the highest standards of precision, the UVX3D 110 complies with ISO 9513 Class 0.5 and ASTM E83 Class B-1 standards. This ensures that your testing procedures are not only compliant with global benchmarks but also deliver the reliability and accuracy you require.

Versatile testing capabilities

The UVX3D 110 is equipped with a 110mm Field of View (FoV), offering high-resolution precision measurements, that is well suited for smaller gauge lengths. This makes it an ideal choice for tests that demand precise strain measurement with compact areas. For applications requiring larger gauge lengths, our UVX3D 220 model, with a 220mm FoV, offers an equally reliable solution.

Designed for challenging environments

Equipped with advanced optics, the UVX3D 110 is engineered to minimise the effects of glare and ambient lighting. This ensures consistent performance, even in testing environments where lighting conditions are less than ideal. The inbuilt lighting system further enhances its reliability by negating environmental effects and emitted radiation, even during high-temperature testing.

Seamless integration and stability

The UVX3D 110 comes with a robust frame mounting kit, designed to integrate effortlessly with the Vector Extensometer mounting system. This compatibility ensures that the extensometer can be securely and easily attached to any test frame, providing stability throughout your testing procedures. The ease of installation combined with the stability of the system contributes to a smooth, more efficient user experience.
