602 Upgrade

ETM’s and LoCap’s with LoCap Console – Old Digital no Servo Rack to Manual Control with 602 Indicating and Control System (Retrofit 9)

Provide:

• Blank filler panel to replace digital and recorder with CPU mounted on back side
• 602 System Including:
• CPU with retrofit relay – relay to stop machine on overload or E-Stop
• Hub with Hand Held Terminal
• Hand Terminal
• 1 Strain Gage Module for Load or in a few cases 2
    LVDT Modules

Options:

• Position Encoder and/or Module
• LVDT module for each instrument (or Strain Gage for
    Strain Gage Ext.)

Advantages:

• Capabilities of 602 Indicating and Control System including:
• Fully auto ranging
• 100,000:1 resolution
• Lowest calibrated load 1/50 of capacity of each Torque bar
• Over range and Emergency Stop
• Interface to computer
• Load, Position, supplied as standard
• Self-identifying transducers; calibration contained in modules
