The 1,000kN (200,000 lbf) Super L model features our patented dual pressure hydraulic loading system and a rugged four column construction for exceptional load frame rigidity. The machine has an operating range from 400 lbf to 200,000 lbf and maintains an accuracy of +/- 0.5% of the displayed load across this range. The modular design of the system allows easy upgrade of operational control, which, when combined with the wide assortment of gripping systems we can offer, makes the Super L system one of the most powerful and flexible testing machines available.

A variety of options exist for the 200,000 lbf Super L. These include a compression only model, fully open crossheads to allow easy sample loading, extended columns and/or screws to accommodate larger samples, hydraulic grip actuation for quicker and simpler sample loading, a wide base model, a high base machine, pit mounting options and a selection of test control options from manual control to automatic, pc based, operation.
